Role Overview

We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI Frameworks, along with a solid foundation in machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI) to build intelligent workflows.

• Utilize multiple LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and understand their strengths and limitations.

• Optimize LLM interactions through advanced Prompt Engineering techniques.

• Leverage AI platforms like Hugging Face/GitHub to download and fine-tune pretrained models.

• Develop scalable system architectures using FastAPI, Uvicorn, Celery, and AI pipelines.

• Apply best practices in ML engineering, including:

  • Model development lifecycle (Development, Validation, Testing, k-fold cross-validation).

  • Performance evaluation metrics (Confusion Matrix, Precision, Recall, F1-score, etc.).

• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements by continuously learning and regularly scanning global AI research and innovations.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Excellent communication skills—ability to articulate AI concepts clearly.

• Hands-on experience in:

  • Prompt Engineering for LLM-based applications.

  • Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.).

  • System architecture (FastAPI, Uvicorn, Celery).

  • AI/ML platforms (Hugging Face for model hosting & fine-tuning).

  • ML Frameworks: Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Strong foundation in: Data Structures, Probability & Statistics, and Linear Algebra

• Additional Skills: Ability to explain AI/ML concepts to technical & non-technical stakeholders.

Required Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or AI.

• 3 to 5 years of work experience as an AI Engineer.
